- 1/4 cu soy sauce
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1/2 cup beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 4 green onions cut in 1 inch pieces
- Hot cooked rice
