- 2 T. Freshly Ground Pepper...I stress fresh. It makes all the difference!
- 2 T. Fine Kosher Salt
- 2 T. Ground Mustard
- 2 T. Smoked Paprika...if it isn't smoked, I say don't bother.
- 2 T. Garlic Powder
- 2 T. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper...or more depending on your taste.
- 1 T. White Sugar...creates a great caramelization on the grill!
Directions: Liberally season all sides of meat with rub a few minutes before grilling. To make dry rub into a marinade, just pour 1/2 C. pure Canola Oil, 2 T. Worcestershire & 2 T. Balsamic Vinegar over rubbed meat. Let meat absorb the yummy favors for up to 4 hours. Grill...Enjoy!
