"These are my favorite cookies, because they are super easy, and oh, so yummy! Kids and adults love these simple, pop in your mouth bites! As you can see by the image on right, my family has made quite a few batches over the years!" - AR

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 T. Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 C (1/2 Stick butter)
  • 1/4 C. Milk (2%)
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup (4 T.) peanut butter, creamy
  • 2 C. Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Uncooked

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan and boil over medium heat for 1 min. Stirring constantly, fold in remaining ingredients. Drop with a teaspoon on wax paper and let harden (if you can resist eating them warm!).
