Recipe | Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad by Sue Ready

  • This recipes serves 6-8 
  • 1 head of broccoli cut into small pieces
  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 3/4 cup cups chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 3/4 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/2 head chopped Romaine lettuce
  • prepared Hidden Valley Lite Ranch dressing

In a large bowl add cut broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, radishes, onions, lettuce and nuts. Mix the ingredients with ranch dressing BUT only enough to moisten. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
