Recipe | Graham Cracker Surprise

"These are Easy, Awesome and Addicting! Mama Cartwright made these every time we visited and the recipe has been passed to be included in every family gathering. Now, I make these for almost every function I attend and people always want the recipe.  Ask around....I am sure you will find people in Rockport that have had them!"

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 stick Oleo
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 3/4 C chopped pecans
  • Graham Crackers

Directions:  Lay Graham Crackers out on a cookie sheet. Bring butter, oleo, brown sugar and pecans to a boil in medium saucepan. Boil for 2 mins, stirring constantly. Pour and spread mixture evenly over crackers. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Do Not Over Bake. Let cool then cut or break into squares. Will harden as it cools.
