Roving Reporter | Opening Reception Images of "Washed Ashore: A Collaboration in Plastic"

Rockport Center for the Arts' current exhibition (and the experience of gathering plastic and repurposing it) is being hailed as a triumph by the collaborators, the visiting artists (Judith Selby & Richard Lang) and the community. The 'word on the street' is that the show has been actively recommended to children and adults alike for its eye-opening depiction of contemporary art and the environment. Don't miss this unique look at our modern world.

Show is on view from now until June 15th, 2013. Click here to see images from the reception.

I went to the reception and was truly amazed. I highly recommend this show to everyone. And yes, children should be taken to this show...education is the only way things will change!!
