Recipe | "Waldorf Apple Salad Texas" (Sent in by Kirsten Corda)

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup raisins
Utensils: Knife, Cutting Board, Large Mixing Bowl, Measuring cups, Measuring spoons, Spoon
1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
2. Wash, core, and dice the apples.
3. Place the apples in a large mixing bowl with the orange juice and mix well.
4. Add all other ingredients to the apples and toss gently.
5. Chill before serving.
Prep Time: 10 minutes--Serves 6 half cup servings
