This week’s feature dog is Bertha, a sweetheart of a hound dog. No, she’s not crying all the time, she is very high classed! And she would love to be a friend of yours. Bertha has a beautiful black & brown coat, very soft and shiny and easy to care for, she would never be seen dirty or unkempt. This gal has been out on many of our outings and as befitting a representative of our shelter, she has always behaved as a lady should. She’s a young girl with a big heart and wonderful disposition. She gets along with other dogs, people of all ages and really enjoys a good car ride. Bertha would be a fantastic addition to any family; she’s been patiently waiting for a home to call her own. And did we mention that she’s mostly black and therefore is a candidate for the November Back in Black discount?
