“It’s not just another new Chamber program, it is a movement to create a culture of exceptional customer service at every level throughout our community,” explains Karen Mella, Chairman-elect of the Chamber Board of Directors. “This is just the first step towards that goal, and we are committed to making a difference in the customer service feeling among our workforce. It will take the support of our entire community, so we are asking for you to join in this effort and help launch a new way of thinking about how we respect our customers, our co-workers and ourselves,” continues Mella.
The first class graduates are: Michelle Lee, Lindsey Trejo, Lecia Sartain and Vencie Ruffo of Key Allegro Real Estate. Elva Galvan, Luren Rivera, LuCinda Hamon Rivera, Bethany Rivera, Lisa Ramirez, Chrystal Ramirez, and Kristina Lee of Sandollar Hotel and RV Resort. Diana Smith Pardue of Attitudes and Latitudes, The Flop House and Crazy Rusty’s Restaurant. Instructors completing their coursework were: Karen Mella of KRM Consulting, Paula Dean and Cindy Duck of DJD Consulting, Sandy Jumper, Lois Cole and Diane Probst of the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
