VIDEO: "Fabulous Fashionistas" | 6 Women, Average Age 80 are Featured

This documentary is a commitment to watch (meaning it's a bit longer than the average web video, 45m), but it's SO inspiring it's a "must watch"--perhaps with a few girlfriends and a box of popcorn! The documentary follows 6 women with an average age of 80 who all refuse to succumb to the "old lady" look and mentality. “It’s not about money or looking younger,” one of the six says. So, what is it about? “Having an identity beyond old lady.”

Gillian Lynne, the 87 year old choreographer responsible for “Cats” and “Phantom of the Opera,” has been working nonstop since the ’40s. She says she loves her life because she loves her job – and loving life keeps her living. “You mustn’t allow it in,” Lynne says about age. “The minute you give an inch, it will take a mile.”

I hope you love this as much as I did. It's such a great "pick me up" watch. - Bridgette
