Rest in Peace | Dennis G. La Mons

This was such a shock to many of us. What a wonderful, caring man, and such an untimely passing. Our thoughts are with his family and many friends.
(via Rockport Pilot) Dennis G. La Mons, 59, passed away November 27, 2013 in Rockport, Texas. He was born April 16, 1954 in Lubbock, Texas to Earl and Shirley La Mons. He was a mortgage banker for 30 years. He loved sailing, music and was a “Parrot Head.”

He loved spending time with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and friend.

He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Casterline- La Mons of Fulton, Texas; a son Jordan La Mons (Stefani) of Carrollton, Texas; two daughters Alexis La Mons (Heather Smith) and Azure La Mons-Herrera (Eric) both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; mother Shirley La Mons-Ryburn (Jim Brewer) Guthrie, Oklahoma; brothers Alan La Mons of Guthrie, Oklahoma and Steve La Mons (Tedd Ensign) of California; one Grandchild Kyan LaMons and 5 Nieces.

There will be a Visitation with viewing Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. with family present 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home Chapel, Rockport, Texas. A memorial service will be held after the Holidays.

Expressions of sympathy may be made by donations to the Humane Society of Aransas County or the June Project.
