Recipe | Homemade "Winter" Chest Ointment by Becky Sanders

No...you don't want to eat this recipe...but you're gonna wanna rub it all over! This is a super healthy & refreshing concoction from Becky S. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us, Becky!

"I call this my Winter Blend, I usually make a cup or so and then add it to little balm containers for easy use." - Becky
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons of beeswax
  • 5-8 drops of each essential oil (peppermint, eucalyptus, and wintergreen)
  • you could also add tee tree, lemon, clove, cypress or cinnamon
Apply like you would Vicks Vapor Rub: chest, under nose, bottom of feet.
