0 Recipe | Mexican Lasagna, Perfect for a Super Bowl Gathering! (Sent in by Sue Ready)

Mexican Lasagna this is an original recipe. Cook’s notes: The following recipe was prepared in a 9 x 11 baking dish and serves 6- 8. For a 13 x 9 pan you will have to double ingredients, divide the mixture into thirds and make three layers of the corn tortillas. Pair the main dish with cornbread, a fruit salad and a Mexican beer. - Sue Ready
