Recipe | "Cacao Cherry Raw Balls" by Becky Sanders

"I made this recipe up! Similar recipes exist, but this is by far my favorite concoction and guilt free while eating them all! Haha! Plus it's a healthy snack that all my kids love! It's sweet with no added sugars! I love healthy quick snacks. I'm a snacker and want to eat all day! Enjoy!" - Becky

1/4 each:
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds 
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Walnuts 
  • Almonds
  • Cacao nibs 
  • 1-2 T coconut oil 
  • 1/2c pitted cherries 
  • 1c pitted dates 
Directions:

Blend all seeds, nuts, cacao nibs in a blender or food processor for 1-2 minutes. Blend in pitted cherries and coconut oil. Add 2-4 dates at a time and keep blending until you get a thick consistency. Scrape out of blender/food processor and roll into balls. Put balls in fridge or freezer and let harden. Enjoy and try not to eat them all in one setting!
