Recipe | "Taco Boats" by Sue Ready

"This is a kid friendly meal that will surely please the palette of parents too. The taco filling can also be used an appetizer with chips. When I discovered at the grocery store a soft taco reimagined shape like a boat I knew this taco filling would be perfect. Imagine all the possibilities with this floured shell!  The filling is so easy even kids can put it together." - Sue
