Pet Adoption | Humane Society Rockport-Fulton: Meet Woody, a Lovable Reformed Rogue

Woody's my name and I admit I'm a bit of a rogue, but I want to set the record straight. They say I was arrested for breaking and entering an assisted-living home. You can't believe everything you hear. The real story is I was invited in by a nice woman who lived there. She fed me and took care of me since I was still a kitten. Then the authorities heard about me, charged me with vagrancy and said I had to go. That was the end of my first sweet home life.

Now I live at the Humane Society which is okay, but I have to work to earn my keep even though I'm not an adult yet. Haven't they heard about kitten labor laws? They expect me to sit by the door and greet everyone who comes in - even the dog walkers! I do my best, but sometimes they catch me catnapping. After all, I'm only a year old and need to rest sometimes so I have the energy to play with visitors.

Why don't you come by the Humane Society so we can play together? I promise I'll rest up and have lots of energy. I love to chase the feather on a wand or that crazy laser light. I'm neutered, vaccinated and ready to find my second sweet home life with a new human playmate today. Just ask for Woody in Cattery #3.
