Sausage Muffins! Enjoy....good for breakfast (serve with fresh fruit) and GREAT for teenage grandson, but they do have a tendency to disappear when he's around snacking! :) - Susan
- 1 cup of Bisquick
- 1 lb cooked bulk sausage
- 1 chopped onion sauteed with sausage
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix all together and put in muffin pans (I spray it first with cooking spray so they don't stick). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I use HOT sausage because we like it with a little more 'bite.' Makes 1 dozen.
