Pet Adoption | R/F Humane Society: Shy "Sasha" Sings a Siren's Song
All Categories: Pet Adoption
The name Sasha is a derivative of Alexander or Alenadra and means "Defender," Helper of Mankind." Our Sasha may give you some warning of danger or a stranger approaching, she's a little reluctant to act on it. She's more apt to adopt Sasha La Fluer's motto: "Not remotely interested" in being a big brave girl.
To get acquainted with this ginger-haired girl, please stop out at the shelter and ask for the bashful Miss Sasha. With just a bit of patience, she will be eating treats out of your hand and after a few meetings, she'll be waiting at the gate for your visit with her preferred leash ready. We'd also be interested in anyone who would like to foster this wonderful dog, to show her a few things out in the world, to prove that not everything is as scary as it seems.
