ADOPTED! ♥ Pet Adoption | R/F Humane Society: Mr. Mittens Confesses All to Get Adopted

My name is Mittens, but I'm adding Mr. to change my image. I'm a young, decidedly distinguished male in a handsome black and white tuxedo fur coat, but some people think my name is female. I think it all goes back to when I was rescued.

Earlier this year, I got lost from my first home. Some people took me in and named me Mittens because of my sparkling white paws. The fed me very well, and I'll confess, maybe too well. I put on a couple of pounds and they thought I was a pregnant female. Even though they liked me very much, they didn't want a littler of kittens. I tried to tell them they were mistaken, that I was a neutered male, but they didn't understand. The next thing I knew, I was at the Humane Society.

So here I am working hard to find a new home. When I hear the cattery door open, I trot up to greet the visitors. I talk to them and tell them my story, rub their legs, ask to be petted and sit in their laps if they are willing. Come visit me and let's talk about adoption. I'm the handsome black and white kitty in Cattery 1.
