Letter to the Editor | "Please Stop Slashing My Tires" by Rupert Heine

"Please stop slashing my tires. In the past six months I have had tires slashed in my car, truck and even my driver mower. I am a 100% disabled veteran who cannot afford to replace tires every month. I have not caused anyone any grief, minded my own business and enjoy living here in Fulton - except for this problem. Destroying those tires is a criminal offense and the police have been notified of this problem. So, please try to find a less harmful way of amusing yourself..."
