Pet Adoption | Rockport-Fulton Humane Society: Elegant Miss Vanessa

If ever there was a kitten as lovely and gentle as a butterfly, it would be elegant Miss Vanessa! She is a petite six-month old medium-haired tabby, with a delightful fluffy tail, delicate green eyes, and the most adorable blushing pink nose! Vanessa was found as a young stray kitten in a local RV park, and was brought to the Humane Society with her sister Blair who's been adopted.

Vanessa is playful, friendly and ready to love, but at first, she can be a bit shy with new visitors. Thoreau once said that "Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder." If you call Vanessa softly, and turn your attention to give her a gentle brushing, she'll come and sit softly by you and will purr with happiness to meet a new friend.

Vanessa is ready for adoption. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. She lives in Cattery 3 with other kittens and plays well with others. Won't you give this beautiful butterfly a forever garden to call her own?
