Pet Adoption | Rockport-Fulton Humane Society: Ember's Burnin' for Love

This little hunk of sweetness is Ember, who just may light the fire in your heart. She's a petite girl at only about 20 pounds, but that's 20 pounds of pure fun and happiness. The warmth of her heart is only outshone by her good nature and sense of humor. Ember is like the one person in the office that everyone calls "Little Miss Sunshine", she's actually one of the official greeters at the back gate - goes to show how much personality this year old lab mix has!  She's super playful and loves to show off her ability to "Zoomie" around the yard, running right back to you for chest scratches & ear rubs. Her coal black fur just shines in the sun and those warm brown eyes glow with intelligence and adoration and the beautiful blaze on her chest just begs for rubbing.

All this girl needs is someone to teach her how to play ball - she's great at the chasing part, but not so good on the "bring it back" part, although she tries really, really hard! Won't you come out & meet this fabulous pup?  Ember is good with kids, loves to play with other dogs and would fit into just about any family lifestyle. She's been spayed, is up to date on her shots and is heart worm negative - all set to make your family complete!
