Pet Adoption | R/F Humane Society: But for Murphy's Law....

Murphy's story would be quite different. You know the saying: If something can go wrong, it will. Seems as if poor Murphy's life has been going wrong for a while now.

To start with, is family might not have know just how big this guy was going to get - "oh, what a cute little puppy, can we get him?", followed by 3 years of growth, he's now about 70 lbs with 5 lbs of tongue. Then there's the fact that he wasn't neutered (he won't be a good guard dog, he'll get fat), and so probably, due to his supreme handsomeness, was escaping and running the neighborhood. And what could go wrong there? Well, you run into a bunch of meanies who beat you, the doggie police pick you up & you go to doggie jail.

And that's where we came into the story. Murphy was out at Animal Control all beat up and still loving life and people!

Now, a dog like Murphy isn't for the faint of heart or the weak of body. He's kind of like the big linebacker from your high school who was called Moose. He's big, he's clumsy, he's very exuberant, not very classy, but has a heart as big as Texas - everyone loves the guy!

So. if you think you can provide the training and exercise Murphy needs to break his streak of stuff going wrong, to set him on the right path, give us a call. Murphy is all healed up, neutered, up to date on all shots, ready to go home - all he needs is the responsible family to go home to.
