Recipe | "Easy Tomato and Avocado Salad" by Alicia


Although this is hardly a complex recipe, it's always a crowd pleaser, and a nice, light side dish to any meal...especially this time of year when things are in season.
  • 1 C. Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 Med-Large Avocado Cut into Bite-sized Pieces
  • Healthy Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Pinch of Fresh Ground Pepper
  • A Couple Dashes of Onion and/or Garlic Powder
  • 1 Dash of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Stir gently to combine. Serve immediately, and at room temperature. Yum!
