- 1 large container of non-dairy whipped topping (works with either 8 or 12 oz)
- 1 15 oz can of pumpkin (NOT pie filling)
- 1 small box instant Butterscotch pudding
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
In a large bowl, whip together the pumpkin & 2-3 spoonfuls of the topping (just to loosen up the pumpkin). Add the pudding and spice, mixing together well. Fold into the rest of the topping. Easy Peasy!
