Recipe | "Fabulous Cheesecake" by Chelcie Oliver

Crust:
  • 2 1/4 cup quick oats, uncooked
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Cheesecake:
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each) softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
Topping:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla 

Directions:

First make the crust - Combine and firmly press into the bottom and sides of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes and cool.

Next for the filling - Blend all ingredients well and pour into cooled crust. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Lastly for the topping - Blend all ingredients well and spread gently over cooked cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes more and cool, loosen from pan using a butter knife or offset spatula. Chill overnight in fridge and serve!
