RECIPE, Pretty Pink Smoothie: Ask Kayla, #4: "Smitten with Smoothies" by Kayla Butts MS, RD, LD (Part 2)

Pretty Pink Smoothie
(serves 2)

  • 2 organic beets, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup greek yogurt

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more ice or coconut water as desired.
