Roving Reporter | VIDEO "Hummingbirds in Bogotá Columbia at the "Enchanted Garden" | by Tom Ross

"My parents (Tom & Melody Ross of Medina, Ohio) shot this video during their birding adventures in Bogotá, Columbia a few weeks ago. The squeaks and excitement of the birds looks so similar to the Rockport migration, but with different species! The birds include sparkling violet ears, brown violet ears, green violet ears, white breasted Jakobins and Bananaquits. The woman who runs this location, called the "Enchanted Garden," told my parents that she goes through 80 lbs. of sugar in a month, and changes each feeder 3 times a day!" - Alicia, WWN Webmaster
