Community Information | Debris Removal Deadline Extended to March 14

The deadline for Aransas County residents to place debris curbside has been extended. Originally it was reported that the deadline for placing hurricane debris from homes at your curb was February 12 but at the Long-Term Disaster Recovery Group meeting held on February 14, 2018 Director Mike Koerner confirmed the decision announced earlier in the week to extend the Crowder-Gulf roadside debris pickup until March 14, 2018. Place brush in a pile that is separated from building debris and appliances. The extension was granted due to citizen input that more time was needed. It was also reported that TxDOT will place five lighted marquee-style lighted notifications in high-traffic areas warning residents of the March 14 deadline to ensure that everyone is aware of this new deadline.
