The History Center for Aransas County | "Aransas County Strong: From Debris to Creativity & Hope" | Feb 24, 10am

Please join us for the re-opening of The History Center on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. for a new collaborative "living history" exhibit of "Aransas County Strong." 1st-5th grade Gifted & Talented students have created projects from the debris found after historic hurricane Harvey. This timely exhibit also honors those, who have helped restore our community. Robin Johnson, recognized by the Texas Association of the Gifted as GT Educator of 2017-18, will be the keynote speaker. Light refreshments will be served. Today's debris will be tomorrow's historical artifacts. We hope you will join us.
