“The City of Rockport is extremely fortunate to have someone of Katie’s caliber and experience,” noted City Manager Kevin Carruth. “She seamlessly stepped in to managing our daily financial operations and has been invaluable in our budget planning development as we continue the recovery process.”

"As a resident, and former employee, of Portland, I've always thought of Rockport as an amazing community. The City has some challenges and opportunities ahead," Griffin stated. "I'm thrilled to be a part of its rebuilding and growth."
