The History Center for Aransas County | ENCORE: Foodways-Culinary Traditions of Aransas County | July 14, 2018 10am-4pm

Harvey cut this exhibit a little short - so its coming back! You are invited to a day long OPEN HOUSE. Learn about our Bounty of Nature offered to those, who live in this great community - the history of fishing, shrimping, oystering, crabbin, and the history of those great restaurants that were open here. You will be surprised to learn about the celebrities who visited local restaurants. Also see the great local cookbooks that have been published to support our local organizations. We hope you will join us for the opening. Displayed until Sept. 15. www.thehistorycenterforaransascounty.org
