Pet Adoption | Paxton - A Dog for Every Holiday

Meet Paxton, a young Labrador mix who has something of a “holiday” obsession. You see, this handsome lad just loves a reason to celebrate. Let’s start with Halloween: Paxton is already dressed in black, so how about a bat costume? Next comes Thanksgiving and with no modifications at all, he’s ready to be a Pilgrim. Christmas? Well, what’s more festive than a red bow on a black jacket? And New Years – Paxton comes with his very own formal attire, top hat not included. On Valentine’s Day, this adorable Cupid will provide you with all the kisses you may be missing from a 2-legged companion

And if there may be an overconsumption of green beer on St Paddy’s Day, Paxton will be glad to assist in a walk (stagger) home. As for April Fool’s Day, well…. just take a look at that grin – is there any doubt that he’s got a few tricks up his sleeve? Not knowing who his biological mom is, Paxton is ready to shower a “Fur-Mom” with all the home-made cards that he can create with his little paws. June & July bring out the patriot in this pup and Paxton will be proud to march in any parade, waving his tail with gusto. And of course, Labor Day brings a promise of “Take your Dog to Work” Day which Paxton is so looking forward to.

As you can see, Paxton is the perfect year-round holiday dog just waiting for a family to celebrate with.

Paxton is up for adoption through Aransas County Animal Control. Please call 361-790-0151 to make an appointment to meet him.
